The Carbon Black Content Tester is a microprocessor-based testing instrument designed to determine the carbon black content in polymer and cable insulation materials. It is equipped with a PID temperature controller up to 800°C with ±1°C accuracy, a ceramic furnace with heating element, and a silica quartz combustion tube with sample boat. The unit has a 2 kW heating capacity, powder-coated exterior and operates on 230V AC supply.
