Standard Compliant Design

Controlled Burning System
- LPG burner with pressure regulator set at 40 PSI as per standard requirements.
Photometric Measurement System
- Chamber is initially filled with clean air and calibrated to 0% absorbance (100% light transmission).
- During testing, smoke reduces light transmission, and the photosensor detects the change.
- The absorbance meter calculates and displays the percentage of light absorbed.
Automatic Timing Function
- Built-in 4-minute timer with 15-second interval beeps.
- Long beep at the end of the test cycle indicates test completion.
Temperature Indicator
- Integrated temperature display for monitoring chamber temperature during testing.
Built-in Adjustable DC Volt Meter
- Adjustable DC volt meter with voltage setting facility through control buttons as per standard requirements.
Data Logging Facility
- Data Logger facility is provided in HMI for recording and monitoring test data.
